Technical services Cadastral Measuring of the Plot Graphical survey of the location of the plot, executed in
WGS 1984 UTM 38N in co-ordinate system (materials are executed in
AutoCad and
GIS programs). The outer survey of the premises located on those plots, the borders of the plot, which is represented as a paper or as a digital version, which contains following data:
- The function of the plot;
- The location of the plot (The address);
- The total area of the plot;
- The numeral numbers of the premises and the total area of their build-ups;
- Linear constructions;
- The sizes of the side borders;
- The coordinating signs of the vertexes;
- The marks showing North direction;
- Conditional marks;
- The date of the measuring of the plot
Topographic Survey of the Plot Graphical survey of the location of the plot, executed in
WGS 1984 UTM 38N in co-ordinate system (materials are executed in
AutoCad and
GIS programs). The outer survey of the premises located on those plots, the borders of the plot, which is represented as a paper or as a digital version, which contains following data:
- The function of the plot;
- The location of the plot (The address);
- The total area of the plot;
- Underground communications;
- Pointing objects (For example: pole, well, tree, bush etc.);
- Linear constructions;
- Height marks;
- Relief;
- The sizes of the side borders;
- The signs, showing north directions;
- The place of the dislocation;
- Conditional signs;
- The date of the measuring of the plot;
The technical drawing of the building The technical drawing (plan) of the dwelling and non-dwelling buildings, represented in eminent scale as a paper and digital version (executed in
ArchiCad program), which contains following data:
- Explication of the buildings - according to the storey, room location, halls, helping closets and by showing the other spaces.
- Preparation of the schematic drawings, showing consolidation and isolation of the inner spaces of the dwelling and non-dwelling buildings.
The schematic draught of the isolation and consolidation of the plots. - Preparing the schematic draughts of the isolation and consolidation of the registered plots, according to the customer's will. 1 plot - 50 GEL
The elaboration of the borders (red lines) of the plots. - The elaboration of the borders of the plots - established by the City Urban Planning Service.
