The company has been functioning since 2001 and is activating on the basis of Law Regarding the Producers, its statute and the Code of Ethic of Realtors Business acknowledged by the Georgian Real Estate Association (GREA).

The main sphere of activity of company is a real estate and the operation and services connected with it: consulting, cadastre and measuring off works, brocker-intermediary and juridical service, managing of properly, projecting and design, development and etc.

General director of company is a member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Real Estate National Association (GREA), Architect Mr. Vazha Tsutskiridze.

Company is completed by managers, lawyers, financers, architects, geodesists and professional realtors having many years work experience in the field of real estate, which are educated at the Universities of Tbilisi and Foreign Countries.
